You'd think that if I bought a cantelope, and then I unloaded the groceries from the trunk, and then the next morning the car smelled really funky, and it sounded as if something was rolling around in the trunk, even though the trunk contains nothing round...well, you'd think it might occur to me sometime within that 24 hours that the cantelope was still in there.
